galeng po bro alvin ah: RETREAT... very humbling as to have a step back to replan. but it was really revealing re-treat (to have time of relaxing and breaking free) and re-treat (to heal)... very nice. now I too will have something to look forward to for the next oppurtunities for retreat. it's very rejuvenating to heal again ar to deserve a break or to humbly step back and ask for help and replanning :) - krishna mie

thank u very much bro. alvin more power po. its lready morning pero dko po maramdaman ang antok kasi talagang nageenjoy po ako wathing PIBJ...ang dami dami ko po natututunan...learnings na talagang nakkatulong sa akin in many different ways...actually nakaka addict po ang PIBJ.
