Hi! This is from Anawim's over-all leadership. We've heard these accusation before from a Lolo in Anawim. We have researched his stories and found them to be untrue. Here's the truth: Many of the staff we hire are very poor people. We hired them so that we can give them jobs so that they can feed their families. On special occasions, when the food or gifts for the elderly are too much, we share these goods to the staff, knowing how this will bless their poor families. God bless you and thank you so much for your concern!

Hello,\r\nI went to Anawim to deliver donations of our Company (like rice, canned goods, clothings etc) for the second time. We had a samll program (karaoke with the elders) afterwhich we visited and talk to the abandoned elderly One of my offcimate meet one of the old lolo there and HE suggested that NEXT TIME \r\nwe should pack teh goods individually because the STAFF ARE STEALING THE GOODS/DONATIONS instead of serving or giving them the food. To this date we still wonder if that information is true. At that time we were so dissapointed to hear such comments thinking that it could be possible. So I SUGGEST that whoever is the administrator of that place SHOULD have a sytem on how to be trasnparent in receiving those donations and equally distibuting them to the aged/abandoned elders. And more importantly, they should RECOMMEND to Donors to pack them individually to ensure equal distribution. There was no evidence but the fact that we heard it from them it was really frustrating. Followign that year our office decided to chose a different charity organisation.

hi, please feature something about dealing with co-workers or friends who are always have negative thoughts about other people. i'm a young manager in a company here in clark and i have this coworker(both husband & wife tandem) under my command who always tell negative things about other people. They are dragging the morale of our other employees.they also spill company problems to other people who visit our office. we also found the guy lying on certain issues.im thinking about firing him but im a bit apprehensive since they have 4 kids.we just hired them five months ago.ironically they are active in a christian fellowship here. my canadian boss also want them fired but i'm just thinking if there are other ways. they are really annoying though...
